Lek returns to his village in Isaan, Thailand after being treated for schizophrenia and takes part in a "spirit welcoming" ceremony in front of his friends and family that is a strange blend of folk wisdom and modern medicine. This took place in May 2008 with the assistance of the Doctors, nurses and social workers of the Khon Kaen Psychiatric hospital.
