A late winter's day on Rock Creek, fly fishing for brown trout. Most of the day's quarry was whitefish, but I was able to find a pod of brown trout later in the day and worked it for a couple fish. Midges were aplenty at the surface, but it was a subsurface game with stonefly and midge nymphs doing all of the catching.
