T&T Blender for Architecture n°3 : Texture planes for trees and people
11 months ago
Welcome to my third Tips and Tricks about Blender for Architecture.
It's about the use of bitmap textures for inserting trees and people in architectural visualisation.
I speak about the constraints too, to place the planes facing the camera, and to place a second plane for shadows. I explain the use of the add-on import images as planes too.
It's quite long, sorry for that, no patience to do it again shorter.
Hope you enjoy it.

only one problem, in 34:18 you say the Composite works well, and I have got problem with defocus - when image with alpha (a tree) - there is a blur all around the picture and there is no blur behind it..... is it matter I do something wrong, could you help?....
be sure to check it on the Addons list from User Prefs
you just go to File-Import-Import image as plane, and you just go to the file and Blender automatically will add a plane assigned with that textures at the correct ratio, so you don't have to bother to create the correct dimensioned plane, blender will do that.
