On February 25, 2010 Allen Zaruba was fired for reciting the quote, "I feel like a nigger on a corporate plantation." He was terminated from his position as adjunct professor after an offended student and his/her parents contacted the university. Several voices from the Towson campus voiced their opinions on Zaruba's firing and what implications this had on racial/ethnic boundaries, racism, the usage of the infamous n-word and so on. I set out to interview a small margin of these voices to investigate and understand various perspectives.
