On March 18 2011 the United States government will respond to recommendations made during the Universal Periodic Review. The US government has accepted recommendation 86. The recommendation asks the US government to address the vulnerability of LGBT people and sex workers to human rights abuses and violence and to ensure that sex workers have access to services.
