We loved so much the Amanda and Connected Ventures' lipdub that we did ours...
Not as perfect as a lipsync (hard to do it in english), but one horse playing air guitar, 21 people singing in front of the camera, 3 floors and a small reference to Arcade Fire...

Yeah love the horse head. I'm sure the people that criticize the lack of lip synching would not be so quick to do so if they too had such a large group of cool co-workers who were willing to take part in such an ambitious and kick ass lip dub like this one! Kudos!!!
