A girl misses her train to Milan and is set to wait overnight in Rome until dawn. However, a chance encounter with a guy changes her plans and the night lights of the capital turn into the background to a tender love story. An extraordinary chemistry made of knowing glances and small gestures fills the few instants that separate them both from the sunrise.

Short film made with 4500+ still photographs. Shot with a Canon EOS 30D camera.

    era ancora più bello giocare di più con le scritte sul blocco: magari lei gli faceva un piccolo ritratto e lui, spostando il blocco nel live action, faceva spostare anche il disegno sulla sua faccia reale....ok, non si sarà capito nulla e so che quando un lavoro è chiuso è chiuso per cui ancora complimenti!

    This is one of the best short films, or should I say pictures I have seen. Fantastic visuals and all from the Canon EOS 30D, unbelievable that it took 4,500 stills shots to make this. Yet it paid off in the end and you captured that depth of field film look too. The main actress was stunningly beautiful. Overall, I must say well done, awesome job man!

    I'm not sure what the spurned the decision to use a still camera (as opposed to a video cam) but this is another great example of how parameters are NOT limitations but rather creative catalysts that spark innovation from within the confines of restraint.

    Proves that you don't need a special camera or state of the art computer - just an idea, combined with a bit of savvy and determination. I love the detail in scoring - in my opinion truly superb. It also doesn't hurt that you're actress is a belle.

    Makes me miss my times in italy...

    This is indeed a wonderful work, quite literally a labour of love. Technically superb though out.

    However! For me the stylised and staccato nature of the movie distracted from the gorgeous cast and photography.

    Having said that, I watched it ALL!

    The film is indeed very fine - STACCATO is perhaps not a good word.

    The Film looks as if it has been taken ONE FRAME at a time - which of course it has! The film therefore has the appearance of "Stop-motion photography".

    It is clear that this is how you wanted the film to look, but for me, I would have preferred the more conventional flow of film.

    The stylised nature of the photography draws attention to itself and therefore away from the Storyline.

    However - I still think it's great!
