U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell on "Leadership in the U.S. Senate"

U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell was one of four featured speakers at the McConnell Center's Feb. 11, 2011, conference entitled, "Leadership in the U.S. Senate." Other guests included Vice President Joe Biden, U.S. Senate Historian Donald A. Ritchie and Kentucky Historian James C. Klotter.
