Before the great Apostle Paul began to proclaim the good news of Jesus to the nations, he was Saul, a notorious persecutor of Christians who sought them out for execution. The amazing transformation of this man, who called himself "the worst of sinners", is examined through the lens of contemporary New York City in this sermon, where instead of on the road to Damascus, Saul meets Jesus on the Belt Parkway, a road in Brooklyn. After leaving the old life of Saul behind him, Paul discovers that, because of his relationship with the risen Lord, he is impervious to human assault and insult as he strives to spread the news of saving grace.
