Potion Motion was a match-3 game we were working on. The project began as a parallel project to Glow Worm and was canceled in 2007. Surprisingly, it took the casual market a long time to produce a similar mechanic (Bejeweled Twist, which just launched). There are a lot of hidden issues for such a seemingly simple thing.
This was the last casual game we worked on before changing gears and moving back into doing our own thing. Potion Motion had several man-years of work invested into the project, but we just couldn't stomach any more. We're glad we canned it!
