Here is the 15 October 2008 Mount Vernon City Council discussion on purchasing the Alpha Helix sculpture by Joseph Kinnebrew. I have pulled this away from the downtown revitalization discussion (available at vimeo.com/2097156) because of perceived great community interest in this debate.
As you may have noticed, I am using Premiere Elements which allows me to plug in photos in the beginning. I decided to use one of my photos of Skagit Station as that's the #1 likely spot for this sculpture. Of course, the insert photo is of the sculpture from goskagit.com.
Although I welcome comments, I will keep tabs on them... wink!
