"Agile - What's next?"
We have just celebrated the ten-year anniversary of the Agile Manifesto and historically, few software development approaches have lasted much beyond their tenth anniversary. This is probably because every development approach emphasizes some things at the expense of others, and after a while, these 'left out' topics become critically important.
Agile is no different - there are several neglected aspects of software development that require attention from agile practitioners, or they could lead to new methodologies that replace agile.
This talk is about what's missing in agile - what do we need to emphasize to make agile truly viable over the next decade.
