Filmmaking is what I do for work. If you love my work or are inspired by my work please consider leaving a tip in the tip jar below this video.
Filmed at the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge on Plum Island, Ma.
My goal today was to film entirely using the Rokinon 85mm f/1.4 lens. Two problems cropped up that forced me to switch over after the first few shots. 1) My FaderND filter is larger than the front of the lens which meant I had to shoot with the aperture stopped down and 2) The wind was blowing at around 40 MPH and the lens lacks stabilization to smooth out vibrations.
After the first few clips I switched over to the Canon 24-105mm IS which not only has stabilization but my FaderND fits on the front of the lens, so I was able to shoot wide open (f/4) when needed.
