Drivers can join voice chat rooms and hear the voices of other drivers around them, being able to tell which drivers are speaking directionally. They can then move their listening position further up or back down the road with the use of voice commands or other vehicle safe inputs. They can even upvote the helpful drivers they encounter. An optional nav display shows all the users in your conference rather than just your lonely vehicle as in traditional nav displays.
