With a forthcoming book, and a series of scheduled talks in March, April and May, researcher Lee Rainie is speaking broadly about a longtime professional passion -- the role of librarians and journalists in American Society.

Rainie is executive director of the Washington, D.C.-based Pew Internet & American Society project, an ongoing polling, surveying and research non profit.
