I have a love for projects that feel epic, magical and give a sense of never- before-seen spectacle while maintaining a basic, clear story. It’s not just about the look or concept, but the psychological choreography it’s built around. This philosophy has worked out so far, attracting big talents, awards (MTV Movie Award nomination) and fun clients who have made for rewarding collaborations. It’s also led to other storytelling work, like editing theatrical trailers (Transformers, Grindhouse and Smokin Aces) and comic book writing (Aintitcool called my story “A brutal masterpiece” while another led to a 2010 Eisner Award).
