1. git-gui screencast

A short git-gui screencast. It shows some features that I think are not well known, like the ability to stage or un-stage hunks and even single lines.

For Mac OS X I would definitely recommend GitX (gitx.frim.nl/). It may not have all the features but looks quite nice and is under steady development.

I know about GitX, I follow that project with my github account.

I check it from time to time, but so fat git-gui is more powerful than GitX.

    Best regards,

This looks really exciting. For me, the easy interface to staging/unstaging hunks/lines was really the killer feature that I was missing.

Thankyou, Melo, for this really eye-opening view of a sweet git tool.

I usually work with git on remote servers via ssh. Doesn't do me any good, unless I can get x-forwarding working or something like that.

But the tool looks pretty useful. I'll also have to give GitX a try, too.
