“Nolauz Kļaviņu” is the title of one of the most original non-traditional recruitment campaigns in Latvia. “Nolauz Klavinu” translated directly means “Break the Maple Tree” - a wordplay on the surname of the analyst to be replaced - “Kļaviņš” (directly translated as “Maple Tree”. The campaign was aimed to find the most suitable candidate while enhancing the image of the agency by showing its creativity.
