This is the way to go. A simple box jig (build 10 frames, then build a box around them) allows you to assemble 10 frames at a time. A compressor and nailer/stapler are almost a must if you are doing large volumes.
Just imagine the background music from "Benny Hill" while this all goes on in fast motion.
