Harbin Overture

Harbin – China, Jan. 2011. Every year in the cold city of Harbin, near the Manchurian border with Russia, it takes place the International Ice and Snow Festival, where artists from all over the world gather to create sculptures with ice and snow that can last over a month thanks to the very low temperatures of the region. In January and February the city attract many turist, especially from alla over China and Russia.
