Set the camera up to a light, opened the aperture the stretched a elastic/velcro ipod armband over the lens. Let go the tension and it closed out the light.
2 clips: 1st the orig then the 2nd with contrast/brightness cranked.
50 meg file so theres enough to play around with it to your liking.
