The world we live does not make it easy for us to move forward spiritually. If we don't do anything we will be moving backwards in our spiritual life. We must take a step forward and spend time with Christ in Eucharistic Adoration. This is the only way we can truly move forward spiritually.

The holiest place on earth waits for us in Eucharistic Adoration. We come to Adoration to worship God. He is present in the Holy Eucharist. His Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity is "exposed". We sit in His Presence so that He can give us life and healing.
