Post-Process: convert avi to ProRes 422 mov with QT Pro (so I could import to Premiere Pro on mac), clip edit in Premiere Pro, MB Looks color grading, stair-step removal, and export to h.264 mov in After Effects

and you seem to handle the D90 pretty well, what about the "stair steps" removal ?
It's not absolutely necessary to do this, but it makes a noticeable difference in scenes with curved lines (the record player scene, for example).
whats the font you use at the start and end?
cant believe how "filmic" it looks. d90 is impressive.

were you conscious of not making any jarring movements to minimize the jello effect? and did you use some sort of weighted steady rig or just bare hands to move around?
