thank you. You are correct, the EX-1 does a feature called "S&Q motion" which is overcranking. In camera it captures as 60p and writes a 24p file. I would avoid 60i for slow motion. If you do use a de-interlace program like Magic Bullet Frames or a clean frame generation program.
