Dr Charlie Clutterbuck has three degrees in agricultural sciences, including a doctorate in the effects of herbicides on soil fauna, and has since been involved in many aspects of the farm/food chain, from farming and chairing an Agricultural College, to now being on the national farmworkers committee, the board of Food Ethics Council and PAN-UK, and Lantra’s ‘England Council’. He runs the website sustainablefood.com.
