I've been playing this song in my room for the past month or so. It's an old spiritual, but just yesterday I discovered that Uncle Tupelo covered it in the early 90's. Not surprising, but it's one of those time-shifted synchronicities that makes life so enjoyable.

Now that the kingdom has come down, I was half tempted to put this one in my pocket... save it for the next tyrant. But like the rest of my country, I needed to purge.
