Milled from solid T6 Aluminium with steel and brass replaceable thread inserts the Bar is made for daily professional use and long life
The BAR fits onto 15mm or 1/2 rods using the centre clamp
The BAR, with included handles, makes a simple solution for handheld rigs
The 'square to round' design means slippage of the components is ruled out by design
As well as providing the basic handle bar functionality the BAR provides numerous mount points for vital shooting accessories
Used without the handles the BAR is a useful part of a gripping and rigging kit - helping one mount a DSLR in positions that larger cameras wont get into
At just under 30cm long the bar fits into carry on bags
The bar is the perfect mount for an OKii follow focus and the future HIR FocusX or skate focus
The bar can be doubled up to create the basic components of a Cage that adjusts in height, making for a great fit on a tiny GH2 or larger DSLR (or even F3) even with batteries or clamps under the camera that increase its height
