Sashimi is raw fish sliced and served with a variety of garnishes and sauces.
In this video I tried the full HD mode of the Xacti HD1000, a nd I have to say that I am a little bit disappointed, the full HD mode in this camera pixelate at a point that the footages are useless. Anyway I tried to edit the less pixelated scenes and voila

    Did you take this full HD footage in the full auto mode? Sometimes I use the full auto mode for zooming in when I film persons in a crowd of people, the hunting focus causes some nice random effects.
    Btw manual 1/60 shutter is great for low light shooting, you can push the ISO up to 400 and the image keeps quite steady and is not that grainy.

    First time I ate Sushi it was horrible, the taste was awful and during many years I couldn't eat it again, but one day my girlfriend bring me to a special place where the Sushi chef was well known and they try to make me eat Sushi again, I have to say it was a like a revelation, I found out that in fact I like very much Sushi, and what I ate long time ago was not a good quality Sushi
