Great comments are back. I totally love this, is so perfect. i bet you do a lot of planning before start, whats your approach to decide the acting choices, i'm really intrigued because its so fluid and every movement has a purpose. Would really like to pick your brain.

    I'm looking forward for more!

    I like the REAL!
I criated the acting myself, folowing the people around me.
Never plannig before start.Just start and the acting comes.
Many times I'm just a lucky guy.
And I use 24 frames by ones.
Is very hard but much more human...
    Sorry about my english,I'm brazilian.

Everywhere I go I find that a poet has been there before me.

And YES,I used replacement mouths;but just the lips.

This is some of the best animation I have seen. How did you do the hair movement and the wrinkled brow? Great and inspiring work. Very much alive! Thanks for sharing.
  •
  • luciano do amaral 6 months ago
    Thanks.
The hair is real with wires inside.
And I made many differents brows to change.
    Thanks again.

Insane animation. So this is entirely stopframe? I'm struck by the coordination of the hair and the weight of the body thrown on the bed. How long did this take to shoot?

I love the emotions in the eyes and forehead! Fabulous work...

Did you have to make the eyeglasses lenses or did you buy those somewhere? I wish I knew how to make those.
  • luciano do amaral 2 months ago
    Thanks.
I made the eyeglasses lenses whit plastic resin.
    No mystery.
  • Jonathan Lopez plus 2 months ago
I feel silly now. Why didn't I come up with that a long time ago! Haha. I've been working with the heatable plastic, but haven't tried resin. I'll look into that. Thanks!
