After summer is over and my sidecar classes are finished, I get to do some riding for fun! This usually coincides with cooler, wetter weather. Fireseason is over and the backroads and trails are open again.
November 1rst I invited some friends over to go out and play in the mud. It rained most of the ride and we rode through some dense fog, but it didn't seem that cold and it was a fun ride with a good group of people. After we got back from the ride, we touched off the bonfire, BBQ'd some elk sausages to go with our chili and cornbread and we washed it all down with some home brew and with hot apple cider spiked with rum. A perfect day!
This vid is from the first lap. We hit some very slick, rutted mud. Seth knocked a footpeg off on a stump, so we headed back to the barn to fix it before going out on our second lap.
