The protestors are marching past the barbed wire barricades on the corner of Zhongshan South and Xuzhou Roads in Taipei City (next to NTU Hospital). They are shouting "Ma Ying-jeou step down! Chen Yunlin go away!" before it is all drowned out by the blasts of airhorns. It looks like I am recording from behind the police line, but this area was actually accessible by the public.
