    thx to elana millman for turning me onto this via le fb. i LOVE quinoa, but after all these years, always forget is it 1:1 or 1:1 1/2? and then end up adding too much water extra, gets mushy, etc.. great video - clear images, nice style. looking forward to more!! x

    Only thing is that for me it keeps on BOILING instead of simmering if I keep the pan covered - and then I have quinoa everywhere but in my plate ;) so I do it uncovered...
