Chris Hurst talks about some of the interesting parts the Imperial 08 iGEM team produced for their project, Biofabricator Subtilis, including:
* A blue light input, pops output device
* a B. subtilis genomic integration system for biobricks
* motility analysis
The Imperial team won awards for "Best Foundational Advance" and for "Best New BioBrick Part, Natural: BBa_K143032" The team also was awarded a Gold Medal for their overall accomplishments.
