Now five years since this film was shot, this girl has blossomed into a woman on the verge of greatness. Furthermore, a woman that may soon have the vote. Great news for Mr Obama.
Yes, she has blossomed into a beautiful vivacious swan, and who would say that she was ever an "ugly duckling" when this film was made. Not me.
And she is always kind to her loved ones, she will tidy her room and then go about the house seeking out floors to scrub, forever scrubbing, forever chore-busting, serving others, serving breakfast in bed to her poor mother, and relieving her of those arduous domestic tasks. And all for no reward, but the simple joy she brings to others.
Yes, an unselfish girl, but one that still wont allow me to share this movie with her eager, public which is a crying shame. But that is Mary, for you.
