The Association For Wedding Professionals International provides a unique opportunity for professional photographers to acquire international publicity while building their portfolio at some of the most beautiful locations in the world.

In December 2010, AFWPI sponsored a Photo Shoot-Out at six spectacular ocean front resorts in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Professional models, make up artists, wedding gowns, transportation, lodging and meals were all provided.

Photographers stayed at the Barceló Los Cabos Palace Deluxe. The all inclusive resort features a white sandy beach, spacious accommodations superb facilities and dining. This sleek beach front resort is 619 suites of sophistication framed in the rustic beauty that is San Jose del Cabo.

The first photo shoot-out location was on the finest stretch of beach, as at one of the premiere Cabo San Lucas resorts. ME Cabo resort steps down to the sea, its 155 rooms and suites arranged in a terraced embrace of free-form pools and gardens, Bali beds and sunshine. Well known for being a midweek Lounge hotel & a hip-sexy-cosmopolitan weekend Party Hotel Me Cabo holds a cool hypnotic groove.

As a bonus we were able to meet and network with hotel management and wedding professionals at each location.
