I'm talking here, Daniel, to my friend James, but you are free to eavesdrop. James, doesn't he have a mystical way with his material--not just one more walk in the pretty autumn woods, but a story full of drama, of something about to happen, good or bad one can't tell, but throughout the sequence a tension--something is going to happen, maybe to the squirrel, or on the bench, or in the fog, but as I said, one can't tell. That's the way to show a walk in the woods: Daniel is a poet, pure and simple.

Ray (and Daniel), I think it goes without saying that this is poetry - and art - and drama - and an aesthetic feast for the eyes. 'Atmospheric' was the word that came immediately to mind. This, and all of Daniel's other work, is oozing with inspiration. Something to strive for, eh?
