Kiki von Glasow documents the process of translating the latest scientific thinking into contemporary design. Leading researchers in the fields of Synthetic and Systems Biology shared their research with MA students taking Future Textiles and Industrial Design at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London. A seminar was followed by a series of brainstorming sessions facilitated by professional designers and scientists to help students develop design probes for exhibition at the Innovation Centre on Friday 26th November 2010. Organised jointly by the MRC Clinical Sciences Centre and Central Saint Martins.
