There was a house fire not to far from my house early that night. I tried to shoot some video of it, but the smoke clouds were just too dark.
Then morning came. Just after half past six am, firetrucks went down again. I ran outside and shot this. Bare in mind, it was about 32 degrees, and I couldn't stop shaking. I had to use the auto stabilizer on the camera, which makes the video quality less while trying to hold the image still.
If you listen closely, you can hear the fire truck from a distance shift gears and rev up to provide pressure for the hoses.
That afternoon, I decided to drive down and check out the house. I pulled into their neighbors yard and stuck the camera out of the window and shot for about a minute before people started to come outside. I then threw it into reverse and quickly left.
I am very concerned about what is happening in the same area my town. I said it was the third fire in three months, and people tell me there have been more than that.
