Thanks for the comments everyone. My website has the details of what fixes had to be done at the end. It's basically just installing a couple of drivers (or KEXT files). With the Dell Mini 10 coming out any day, we'll have to see what can be done with that.

So what is the score on the mini 10 can it be done, I want a netbook with os X but I cant get my hands on a mini 9
