Lasting Joy vs. Circumstantial Happiness
This piece was used as an intro to our First Wednesday service on Joy. The purpose was to contrast the difference between true Joy and circumstantial Happiness. We chose an abstract visual story line to go along with a moving script written by Kristin Baker.
Everything was shot on a Panasonic HVX-200 with a Brevis lens adapter system for the cinematic look. Some post processing was done in Final Cut Pro and After Effects.
[Song Used: "Your Hand in Mine" by Explosions in the Sky. Shown Nov 5, 2008 at Granger Community Church, "First Wednesday: Joy"]
