This is the second points race on Sunday Nov. 9th 2008. The race was delayed for almost an hour as the Spoon Racing RSX had a steering component brake at the end of the front straight going into turn 1. The car went straight up a slope, launched over and partially through a 5' tall chain link fence and landed in the stands. No one in the stands were hurt with the driver taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. It was getting dark and the race ended a couple4 of laps short. if you look in the video at the end of the straight you can see the car that was left in the stands.
