A bill that John Woodcock MP introduced in Parliament on strengthening planning law to protect bowling greens in England, including making it easier for local communities and co-operatives to purchase greens which are under threat.

The loss of bowling greens is a major issue in John’s constituency in Cumbria, and the response from other MPs to his proposals has made it clear that this is a nationwide-issue.
