I was waiting for a demo reel from you -- the add ins with you getting up close and personal with sports events was great. But those dolly shots are killer. You better get some jobs with this.
  •
  • Amazing demo reel Tom. Great to see some riding shots in their too. I also loved that shot of the hockey puck almost coming towards you, takes some skills to perfectly follow it like that. Love it all. Looking forward to more from you. -ep

Fantastic demo reel Tom. A great representation of your skills. Love the dolly/indislider shots. Only thing I didn't like was the punch sound effect - and how slow you are to get out of the way of fast moving objects ;)

Thanks for sharing it mate, really inspirational stuff.

Wow... Your demo reel came out amazing. It is great to see how you collaborate with your independent work and the stunning action of live sports . I play travel ice so its great to see my two passions together , Video And Hockey.

    Tom, GREAT STUFF!

For the dolly shots in the forest, did you actually haul a dolly into the forest or are your hands just that steady that you can pull it by just holding the camera?

Also, for the time lapse scenes with a pan, are you just manually panning the camera?

    Thanks for any thoughts!

The ball on the camera in the stadium... my goodness :D The chances of that! How'd the basketball incident end up? Any damage? Very nice reel. My favorite shot was probably the stadium timelapse, awesome colors :)

    Hello ! Stunning videos!!
I just have a question. I am a beginner in cinematography, so, how do yue make that show were everything is in speed up, and the camera is moving slowly from left to right, like on 2:34?? It s a really great shot! thanks!!
