Lake Express began service in 2004 as the first high speed auto and passenger ferry to operate between US ports. It has completed more than 5,000 Lake Michigan crossings between Milwaukee, WI and Muskegon, MI and has carried more than 600,000 passengers since its inaugural voyage June 1, 2004.
Timelapse created from 1,583 still photos taken with a Canon Digital Rebel XTi and a modified TC-80NC timer controller. Shots were taken 2 seconds apart over the course of roughly 53 minutes.
