I call shenanigans on the whole educational scare against internet sources/research. If we taught about information & problem solving itself, the kinds and methods, internet sourcing would be like everything else, an issue of usage. The scare is based on the reality of the internet as a different beast than having one authoritative text. Shame on the older generation of educators whose mind for educational reform has been blunted by complacency.

I posted this video to my channel to highlight some larger trends in social media and to (re)stimulate imagining a user's experience of community.. Where Mr. Howard Gardner has scary words about student internet-based research, in design this realm is a goldmine for enabling the student to become a great researcher.
