"Star" has taken off nicely for Greenhouse Effect as a very successful Song at World Wide Radio Jango internet Fm in 2009. And Offensive, Politically incorrect Rockers G.e. eat up as much attention as they can in cyberspace with aid of the melodic track; "I know that A lot of People don't Like me" Says Clark Haggins "So i really REALLY enjoy rubbing all my talent in as many of their Liberal douchebag faces as I possibly can (Laughs)". Haggins can Often be found trolling on the Mark Levin Talk Radio Facebook Page or also at the Michael Savage Facebook Sites as he describes his early Life of "Growing up around a lot of 'South Bay Liberal Douchebags' and later encountered more of these in California in his quest to achieve a major label recording contract for Greenhouse Effect in the early 1990's; "The thing about Liberal people here in California ,..is you have to "agree' with them and always ,..and they can put pressure on you, your friends, and even your family - to be liberal - like them,..as well,..they just won't let you be yourself,... I grew up to really hate them,..I despise them" Says Haggins. Haggins describes Hollywood as a Liberal bastian where an artist, musician, or actor can't and won't get work or a contract ,..if he isn't a Liberal; "We're talking about total nazi totalitarian people here,... they will call you names, and they will attack you personally ,..and 'thats' just if you don't agree with them ,.." Says Haggins "I always try to make my songs as weird as possible - thats just the artist in me ,..but sometimes I just try to be as "Offensive" as possible in these 'other kindza songs',...or edgy ,..but in "My Way" says Haggins. "I first heard the Michael Savage show about either 1999 or 2000 and I noticed that the guy was really offensive and confrontational - a real edgy and "indie" artist he was indeed,... He was way more pissed off and better than a clown like Rush Limbaugh who I always hated and felt didn't represent true conservative pragmatics,... Michael Savage was truly completely angry and it was real,....I never forgot that day that I discovered his show - and it changed me forever,...for years, I was looking for a radio host or angry aggressive individual but couldn't find one,...I thought that perhaps I may just have to invent it myself ,..but then I stumbled upon Savage,...and he confirmed all of the stuff I had been saying over the years,... how Liberals up in Hollyweird are always trying to prove that you're just not a real artist and you can't feel if you're not a Liberal like them ,... I wouldn't say that Savage opened my eyes,...because I already had a vision for this long before - I was putting this all together back in 1991 through 95',... but he definitely confirmed it,..and it made me batter and more artistic for the future than ever before !! The way that Liberals will call you names or even theaten you when they realize they can't debate you or even talk on your level ,... thats the stuff about Michael Savage that I like ,...he takes on those thugs and he beats them at their own game !!" / Greenhouse Effect come form the "South Bay" of Redondo beach California and Haggins now carries the weight of huge video views and web notoriety from G.e. where-ever he goes; "I have a lot of Great songs that a lot of people like,... they always try to say some mean thing in my face like they 'like my music but they don't like me' ,..well fuck that,...I don't think that I have ever been that much of a jerk to any of them ,... they are the ones who are jerks to people ,..and they've been jerks to me !!" Says Haggins. "Star" comes across with melodic and artistic passionate anger but it's sheer brilliance outshines everything about it. Unlike the yearning sad "Brandy" or the bombastically monotonously great "White Black Thang", 'Star' doesn't try to beat you over the head with a hook or big chorus part,..but rather glides along with top melody as if the Who or Rush; "I love Star,...its one of my favorite songs by G.e." Says Higgins. Haggans would describe himself as a very sweet and loving 'nice guy" when people meet him in person but that there are plenty of "Liberals" who instinctively don't like him 'almost instantly upon right on site'; "I got to church almost every Sunday and I make people laugh and smile when i see them,...People say that I am very nice, very sincere ,...they often over-look or don't care for the moment about all of the hateful conservatism and I will collude and be cool for as long as I can but if they piss me off - I'm gonna fuckin' yell ,..and in all their faces - Don't fucking piss me off" Says the 44 year old Higgins. Haggins says that he enjoys writing poetry as much or more than music itself and that he feels the frustrations of a lot of artists out there - like himself - who see Hollywood Liberals "Only promoting other Liberals'; "it isn't fair what they do up there,..it is a grave injustice and they don't care about all of the great talent they are letting go to waste and get old - all because it doesn't share their political point of view" Says Haggins "If I ran a record label,...I wouldn't give a shit what somebody's politics are,...I would judge them and base them upon talent alone - I'm not a Liberal !!,....I don't judge people like that !!" - Haggans also points out that on many G.e. Songs, he played and carefully over-dubbed most ALL of the instruments himself; "The early days with Phil Keegan on guitar were amazing but eventually my ego just grew too large and i took over G.e." says Haggins of what now has become the Earth's Most Watched Rock band.
