Last year AfriCom was approached by a base in Northern Uganda to send a team to Issore, South Sudan. The ministry was in need of some promotional materials in order to do a video that will help raise awareness of the community development project the base has pioneered there. We just returned from South Sudan, where me and an intern, Bernine went to do a short promo video for the ministry.
