Overview

Corfe Castle preschool represents ecofab's third project on-site. Although taking longer to assemble on-site than Bosvigo children's Centre, Truro, Cornwall, the Corfe Castle preschool is far larger (155 square metres internally) Corfe Castle preschool represents an amazing achievement in speed, efficiency and design.
The preschool had been raising funds for the new building since the planning permission was granted in November 2007. This funding reached the level whereby the building could be commissioned at the beginning of July 2008. The go-ahead was given to ecofab to commence fabrication with a view to completing the assembly of the building on site by the 2nd of September 2008 at the very latest as the school returned on the 3rd September.
