Scott Weaver's amazing piece, made with over 100,000 toothpicks over the course of 35 years, is a depiction of San Francisco, with multiple ball runs that allow you to go on "tours" of different parts of the city. It will be on display in the Tinkering Studio until June 19th!

    Hi Christer,
Good question! We were ready with a forklift and a plan to use multiple supports to lift it over the side wall and into the Studio, but it turns out that it doesn't weigh very much and it is surprisingly sturdy, so it ended up just being me and Scott lifting it by hand over the railing!

Love how he's weaved his personal life through this. It's by no means a replica, but little pieces of a life and history.
