A followup to the first tutorial, "Making a Simple Planet in Blender"
Note: uses Blender 2.4x
In this tutorial, we make it pretty by:
-getting rid of the default background
-scaling the planet
-making the planet less shiny
-create and position a spot lamp
Remember: R for rotate, G for grab (move), S for scale.
Uses a Mars texture map from maps.jpl.nasa.gov/mars.html.
Blender 2.49 is available at blender.org.
